Do you offer day passes or drop-in access?
Yes! Our Day Office option is available by the hour at $30/hr for a fully private office. Open coworking drop-in access is also available — contact us to check current availability and rates.
Is parking available?
Absolutely. BEYOND FlexSpace is located in a commercial complex with ample complimentary parking for all members and guests. No parking stress, ever.
Can I use the address for my LLC or business registration?
Yes. Our Mailbox Service and BEYOND Membership plans both include use of our prestigious 9800 Richmond Ave address for business correspondence, your LLC registration, website, and business cards.
How does the meeting room booking work?
Meeting rooms can be booked online through our member portal in 30-minute increments, starting at $22/hr. Members with coworking plans receive complimentary monthly credits. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
Are there long-term contracts required?
No long-term contracts here. All our plans are month-to-month. We believe you should stay because you love it — not because you're locked in. Private offices do offer discounted rates for 3, 6, and 12-month commitments if desired.
What are your operating hours?
Our staffed hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Private office members and qualifying plans include 24/7 keycard access. Meeting rooms and event space can be reserved outside standard hours by arrangement.
Do you offer virtual office or mailbox-only plans?
Yes! Our Mailbox Service at $50/month provides a professional street address, mail receipt, and package holding without any workspace requirement. The Beyond Membership at $75/month adds drop-in access and community perks.
