• You may use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn't infringe on the rights of others.
• You won't attempt to disrupt our systems, scrape our content at scale, or impersonate another person.
• Content (text, images, design) is owned by BEYOND FlexSpace and may not be reused commercially without permission.

Any membership, day pass, meeting room booking, or event registration is governed by the specific agreement or confirmation you receive at the time of purchase. Rates, availability, and amenities are subject to change. We'll always notify members before any material change takes effect.

• Monthly memberships are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current period.
• Event and meeting room bookings can typically be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund — see individual event terms.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

BEYOND is built around respect — for each other, for the work, and for the space. Harassment, discrimination, theft, or behavior that disrupts other members may result in immediate termination of access. If you experience anything that feels off, let our team know — we take it seriously.

BEYOND FlexSpace and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Members are responsible for their own belongings while on the premises.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email to members. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
