The training room at BEYOND FlexSpace runs $43/hour with full-day and half-day discounted packages.
The room is configurable for classroom-style, boardroom-style, or open-floor layouts depending on session format. Equipment includes a large projection screen and projector, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, multiple whiteboards, podium and presenter microphone, and a breakout area adjacent for small-group work. Accessible parking is included for participants.
Catering is flexible — we coordinate with preferred Houston vendors, or you can bring in your own. Common bookings include corporate onboarding sessions, certification courses (real estate continuing education, IT certifications, financial planning CFP cohorts), multi-day training intensives, and recurring weekly team trainings. The training room books up faster than the meeting rooms — recurring monthly slots are available at a discount.
