Then it's week 4 and you realize the parking is terrible, the AC doesn't reach your corner, and no one actually uses the kitchen. What to check

  • How many active members?

  • Are members talking to each other or just working in isolation?

  • If the space is empty most days, you're paying for an empty room. You can do that at home for free.
  • If there's no community vibe, you're not getting the network effects that justify the premium over working alone
  • If it's overcrowded, you can't get the desk you want, the meeting room is always booked, the bathroom is always taken
